Great location, with everything within a short distance. the room was clean and spacious, and had a mini kitchen which was a plus. the breakfast, though not a wide variety, was good, and the coffee was an added bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in downtown Washington. The location was perfect, just a mile from the White House and Washington Monument. The suite I stayed in was large and comfortable, perfect for families. I especially loved having a kitchenette, which was so helpful when traveling with my 18-month-old baby. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and fulfilled all our requests. And even though the breakfast options weren't ideal for a health-conscious person like me, it didn't detract from the overall great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The studio suite was updated, had central heating, a living area and a dining area. My stay was really comfortable, would use them next time.

We loved the hotel's location to key tourist attractions. It was central to most areas that we were interested in, and we could walk to the National Mall and local restaurants. The complimentary light dinner included drinks and was substantial enough. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the guest laundry facilities.

Can't beat the location for a trip full of sightseeing! The hotel is situated in a district with all historical sights, making it convenient to visit main attractions such as the Capitol. The spacious room is clean with efficient service and a great breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located close to many main attractions and it had clean and comfortable rooms. the rooms were also large, which made it easy to share with kids.

The bath and room were a little run down. the bath shower and tap used to work at the same time, so there was a lot of water wastage when in use.

The king studio room was spacious and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's proximity to McPherson Square, the White House, and the Washington Monument added to its appeal. Additionally, I appreciated the second-floor lounge and business center, and the complimentary newspapers delivered daily.
